Male Owl Faced Finch

These are sweet little birds. The flit around the garden looking for insects and call out with a little "Meh, Meh" sound. A few years ago there were not a lot of them to be found around our way, but over the last two years we are seeing larger and larger flocks as people are planting more bushy trees for them to nest in.
